Devonshire Gardens is by far the worst place I have ever lived. There are zero amenities. The washer and dryers that are provided are ancient and can barely clean even a small load of laundry. The older residents ( people who are only in there 50's)have a monopoly on the parking.)So, even if you pay 600 dollars a month for your apartment, you are not guaranteed parking within your OWN parking lot. There is NO pool, NO gym, and NO parking. Every resident that I have spoken with complains of mold in the kitchens and bathrooms. Mission Veijo Apartments are 30 dollars more amonth, come with washers and dryers in even the one bedrooms, have free tanning/ gym/ pool/ and game room. Maintanence is friendlier and they wont tow your car for parking in an old persons spot. My neighbor had his car towed twice in a week period. The office refused to help this young man with his problem citing that the older people have more importance than this young, hard working Engineering degree student. I believe this place to be agist and only for retirees.

I have lived here for seven years. There has been a steady decline in the quality of living and the staff. Cheap patches that don't hold and the staff is apathetic. Several of the apartments, including the office, were broken into over the summer and the office never alerted the other residents. If you have a need to break a lease, it is ridiculous. It basically requires 4 months. 60 day notice and then 2 additional months of rent.
